About Your Teacher

Approaching a decade of teaching, Victoria’s passion and love for Kundalini Yoga continues to shine brightly in each of her classes. Students continue to come for her warm, fun, soulful and uplifting manner and many comment on how peaceful and alive they feel afterwards. Using the powerful art and science of Kundalini Yoga, tossing in a dash of philosophical musings and coupled with an often requested soundtrack of music and chants, Victoria provides a space for students from all walks of life, of any age and any physical ability. It is her desire that her students leave class having gained a stronger, more accepting and compassionate sense of themselves in an often changing and challenging world.

Practice Kundalini Yoga and gain a sense of coming home. The power and integrity of these ancient teachings are truly transformational. This is why, for almost 10 years, Victoria continues in her role as mentor/seva leader within the annual PranaShanti Level 1 Kundalini Teacher Training Program.

Victoria is also the owner and director of Little Soul Yoga and has been studying and teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to children of all ages since 2009.
