This class is an opportunity to learn & practice various mindfulness techniques, yoga postures and breathing exercises that will aid in developing their sensory awareness, focus and concentration, as well as help cultivate compassion and peace for themselves and all sentient beings.
Each class will include yoga postures, a yoga game and a mindfulness practice based on the theme of the month:
Learn the basics of how to play the gong and singing bowls.
Explore the benefits of the sound and vibration produced by these instruments. During the workshop you will learn how to incorporate the healing sound and vibration of Gongs and Singing Bowls (crystal and metal) into your yoga practice and classes as well as how to play them for relaxation, meditation, healing and therapeutic uses.
The workshop is suitable for all yoga teachers, yoga students, healers and therapists. An information package containing all the information you need to get started in playing is provided for you to take home.

This workshop is open to ALL! 6 months to 1 year of regular yoga and/or meditation practice is recommended for participation.
For 200-hour certified Yoga Teachers this workshop provides CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

There is is kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and dishware. We have a dining/boardroom with conference table and chairs, 2 gender neutral bathrooms, reading room, mini Boutique and our Administration Office.
Practice postures that encourage a healthy, happy pregnancy and birth. Connect with other as you move your body in ways that feel good and help alleviate some of the common effects of pregnancy.
You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as simple postures that can be beneficial for your pregnancy, labour and motherhood!
Each week we will discuss topics such as pelvic health, incl. pelvic floor and pelvic stability, diastasis prevention, pain management and birth positions.
Cost: $180.00 per person for the 6 week series or $35.00 per person Drop-In Fee.

A class for all Queer, Trans, Non-Binary & Gender Diverse people to connect with each other and with ourselves. Our intention is to create a brave space to move and explore inner and outer landscapes in community as queer people.
Our practice will move us through a series of postures, breath-work, and meditation ending with a delectable, restorative rest.
Led by a gender queer bisexual, Kim (They/She) acknowledges that all coming-out stories are unique. Wherever you are in your coming out (or not coming out) journey, know you are welcome here.
