Online and In-Person Yoga Workshops, Courses and Trainings are offered throughout the year.
Online Workshops, Courses and Trainings are live streamed and interactive with the Teacher or Teaching Team broadcasting the offering from our Education Centre.
In-Person Workshops, Courses and Trainings are held at our Education at 45 Eccles Street, near the corner of Booth Street in Chinatown.
In-Person Yoga Classes are held at 950 Gladstone Avenue.

FREE street parking and a variety of paid private and City of Ottawa parking lots are available just a short walk from our location.
