MENOPAUSE is one of the most significant times in a person’s life – one that deserves to be honored, celebrated, and supported. This is the second Spring of your life. You have accumulated years of experience and wisdom that you now get to pass onto others. You my darling, are the revered Queen or Sovereign of goddesses/goddexxes!
This retreat blends yoga, meditation, and holistic practices to help you embrace the journey of menopause with confidence and grace. It is designed to create connections and community, bring awareness to the topic, learn wellness tools that can help alleviate symptoms, and empower you on your health and menopausal journey.
We will also create a ritual space for people to talk openly about their experiences, share their wisdom, and to honour and celebrate each other in whatever phase you’re in. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and journaling, you will release the old and step fiercely into the NEW YOU!
Topics include:
- What is menopause and signs you might be there
- Common conditions such as stress, insomnia, brain fog, and those dang hot flashes!
- Not so common conditions
- Pelvic floor health
- My favorite core strengtheners
- How Yoga can help
- Other topics including lifestyle, sexuality, the importance of sisterhood/community and getting support from loved ones
For those whose path has diverged from parenthood, grief can be silent, complex, and deeply personal.
Parenthood Loss & Grieving Hearts is a gentle, half-day retreat lovingly curated to hold space for those navigating the journey of miscarriage, child loss, infertility and parenthood loss.
This afternoon gathering offers a compassionate environment where you are seen, heard, and supported among others who understand. It’s a small but meaningful step toward breaking the silence and isolation that often surrounds these experiences.

Our 3,000 square foot Education Centre offers a large open concept training area with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light and excellent ventilation. There is a kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and dishware. We have a dining area with tables and chairs, 2 gender neutral bathrooms, and our Administration Office.
