Program Outline

The In-Person weekend retreat includes:
  • 4 days and 3 nights private or shared accommodation
  • All nourishing meals and snacks
  • Morning yoga and meditation classes and evening sound immersions meditation/relaxations with the Owner and Director of PranaShanti Yoga Centre, Devinder
  • Join the activities or enjoy quiet time
  • Use of Northern Edge’s amenities
  • Wood fired sauna
  • Nature walk
  • Quiet time to unplug, relax and be!

Dates and Times

Thursday, November 14, 2024, to Sunday, November 17, 2024:
  • Arrival time is 3 PM ET on Thursday.
  • Departure time is 1 PM ET on Sunday.
  • First meal is dinner on Thursday.
  • Last meal is brunch on Sunday
