Online and In-Person Yoga Workshops, Courses and Trainings are offered throughout the year.
Online Workshops, Courses and Trainings are live streamed and interactive with the Teacher or Teaching Team broadcasting the offering from our Education Centre.
In-Person Workshops, Courses and Trainings are held at our Education Centre at 950 Gladstone Avenue, second floor.
In-Person Yoga Classes are held at 950 Gladstone Avenue, first floor.
PARKING
We are pleased to be able to provide parking for our visitors at these times in the lot outside our Centre.
- 14 Parking Spots Available: Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
- Unlimited Parking: evenings and weekends.
- Street Parking: Free 3-hour street parking is available on the side streets.
