Course Outline This two-part course will give you the confidence to use your hands to deliver an enriched experience for your students. This will be a very interactive workshop where you will get to learn the art of adjusting, to not only correct, but deepen a student's posture. The first part of the course will be going through some of the most common asanas and various adjustments to enhance them.
