A Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2013, Ashley’s approach to the healing process is that it’s a continuous and creative journey that changes with each person and their own personal experiences. Her goals are to help act as a facilitator for her clients, to guide and help them regain their health through massage therapy by using cupping therapy, Craniosacral, aroma therapy and she also specializes and is certified in Vodder manual lymphatic drainage. Her mantra has always been to see that every person leaves the massage table feeling rejuvenated in mind, body, and spirit.
Ashley has treated clients with chronic pain conditions, swelling related conditions, postural imbalances, scars, post surgical rehabilitation, post cancer rehabilitation, and also for relaxation. She feels it’s important to listen to her clients’ needs and to tailor a treatment to meet those goals.
In her free time Ashley likes to find balance by meditating, practising yoga, exploring the arts, hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
