Born in Ukraine and raised in Canada, Anastasiya is a 200HR RYT with a mission to bring healing through the power of Yoga and mindfulness to as many people as possible.

Specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Meditation, her passion is not only movement but diving deep into the ancient teachings and philosophy of yoga.

Anastasiya’s classes bring a mixture of meaningful Yoga themes, powerful movement, and deep stretching to help build strength while leaving the body feeling refreshed and the mind rejuvenated.
