PranaShanti Class Feature: An Intro to Hatha Flow Yoga

Featuring Jenna Switzer.  Hatha Flow takes postures and links them with strength-building fluid movement, creating an expressive and transformative physical practice. Students will also enjoy more contemporary expressions of flow yoga, as well as the opportunity to explore increasingly challenging postures. Class includes traditional breathing techniques (pranayama) and final meditation (savasana). Hatha Flow is recommended for students with an existing yoga practice, and will be taught to provide exploration for all levels. Practiced in a regular temperature room.
