- Friday: 9 am to 7 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm
- Sunday: 9 am to 7 pm
Free Curbside and In-Store Pickup
When shopping online choose the “In Store Pickup” option and you can pick up your order.
All curbside and “In Store Pickups” are at 950 Gladstone Avenue.
Shipping
We ship within Canada, to the U.S. and internationally with standard postage fees.

Classes, Workshops, Courses and Trainings
Drop-In Yoga Classes are offered 7 days per week in addition to Workshops, Courses and Trainings.
In Person classes are held at 950 Gladstone Avenue, 1 block West of Preston Street. Online classes are live stream with interactive contact with the Teacher.

PARKING
We are pleased to be able to provide parking for our visitors at these times in the lot outside our Centre.
- 10 Parking Spots Available: Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
- Unlimited Parking: evenings and weekends.
- Street Parking: Free 3-hour street parking is available on the side streets.
