On Tuesday, October 13th, join the 30-Day Challenge for community connection, peace of mind and good health!

Create a positive and healthy habit with daily mindful movement. Join the challenge and give yourself the gift and experience of daily practice and see where it can take you! Use your Annual or Monthly Membership, Class Package or do Drop Ins.  

How to join:

1. Make sure you have an Annual or Monthly Membership, Class Package or Drop Ins on your PranaShanti account. If you have a Monthly Membership already that has been on pause due to COVID, activate it by contacting us at 613-761-YOGA or emailing  

2. Sign up for class! Go to the Class Schedule and sign up for your choice of class each day. You can book up to 7 days in advance.  

3. Your progress is entirely self-managed but we’ll be tracking the classes you attend! If you miss a day, not to worry. Catch up by doubling up on another day. You can do this up to 3 times in the 30 days.  

4. On Thursday, November 12th we will randomly draw 3 prize winning names from everyone that has completed the challenge!
