Join our monthly Kundalini Meditation Meet Ups for Kundalini Yoga teachers, teachers in training, experienced students, and dedicated practitioners. These gatherings are an opportunity to come together in community, reconnect with friends, and deepen your meditation practice.
Join us for a monthly Kundalini Meditation Meet Up, a gathering for Kundalini Yoga teachers, teachers in training, experienced students, and anyone with an established meditation practice.
These meet ups are an opportunity to reconnect with community, deepen your personal practice, and experience the transformative power of meditation in a supportive group setting. Each session will feature a carefully selected Kundalini meditation designed to cultivate awareness, resilience, vitality, and inner balance.
Unlike a regular class, these meet ups provide the opportunity to immerse yourself in longer meditation practices, ranging from 22 to 62 minutes. Longer meditations offer the space to move beyond the surface layers of the mind, strengthen your meditative capacity, and experience the profound benefits of sustained practice.
Whether you are looking to strengthen your personal sadhana, reconnect with fellow practitioners, or simply enjoy the energy of meditating together, you are warmly welcome.
Cost: Drop-In, Class Package, or Membership.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Depending on the length and focus of the meditation, the session may include yoga, breathwork, or movement to prepare for meditation.

At the intersection of Yin Yoga and Gong Meditation is a sweet spot where mind and body are totally relaxed and totally aligned. The Yin Yoga practice lengthens and opens the physical body, massaging deep connective tissue in a most relaxing way.
The gong’s warm vibrations envelop your entire being in wave after wave of preternatural sound that will affect you at the cellular level. Chances are you’ll feel pretty good after this practice.
Come share this experience, every third Saturday at 3:00 pm.

This class is held in our warmly heated studio, the Body Room, with the lighting dimmed for a restful and restoring experience.

The full moon can be a meaningful time for reflection and reset. Its natural cycle offers a helpful reminder to pause, reflect, release, and create more balance in both body and mind.
A full moon practice can also awaken our creativity and inner clarity. Whether you are working on creative projects or seeking fresh perspectives on life’s challenges, this is a beautiful time to let go of stagnant energy and make space for insight and renewal.
In this class, you will unwind and reset through slow, grounding yoga postures, allowing the body to open and the nervous system to settle. You will then move into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra—a guided, meditative relaxation that supports effortless release, inner healing, and integration.
This practice invites all to soften, to listen inward, and to welcome the spaciousness that the full moon brings.
You’re welcome to bring an eye pillow or anything that adds to your comfort.
