                                                  Join us for our Karma Community Flow, a weekly donation-based class that blends the power of yoga with the spirit of giving. This inspiring community offering is open to all levels and led by a rotating team of skilled teachers—graduates of our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program.

                                                  Each quarter, we partner with a local organization to donate class proceeds and raise awareness for important causes in our city. This quarter, your donations will support the Parkdale Food Centre, working to address food insecurity in Ottawa.

                                                  This is more than just a yoga class—it’s a chance to connect, practice, and give back. Your $11 minimum donation carries special meaning in yoga philosophy, symbolizing spiritual growth and collective upliftment.

                                                  Whether you're a regular or new to our community, we invite you to show up, move your body, and help make a positive impact—one breath at a time.

                                                  Donation: $11.00 per person for the Parkdale Food Centre.

                                                  Come treat your body to a head-to-toe fascial rehydration experience!

                                                  The MELT Method is a ground-breaking self-care technique focused on rehydrating connective tissue, scientifically known as fascia. The fascial system connects, protects and stabilizes our entire body, wrapping around muscles, housing our joints, and enveloping organs and nerve tissue alike. By working on our fascia, we can reduce pain, stiffness, inflammation, and optimize our joint health and overall body mechanics.

                                                  This workshop will guide you through MELT's most foundational techniques, giving your body an awesome once-over using specially-designed soft foam rollers and balls.

                                                  Cost: $40.00 per person in-advance, $45.00 per person day of.

                                                  Join Imad for a therapeutic 2-hour in-person workshop that weaves together the meditative stillness of yoga with the healing touch of Tui Na massage, acupressure, and Reiki energy work.

                                                  You’ll be guided through a slow, grounding series of Yin and Restorative yoga postures, each selected to target key meridian pathways and energetic centres. As you rest in each pose—supported by props—Imad will offer individualized, hands-on enhancements to support relaxation, and energetic flow.
