Women's Circle | A Sacred Space for Everything You're Carrying
                                        In-Person Class

This gathering, facilitated by Lindsay, is an opportunity to gather with like-minded women to explore rest, cultivate care for ourselves and each other, and celebrate our individual and collective growth. Whether you are carrying joy, grief, hope, fear, sadness, we will create a safe container to feel it all here.

“Treating each other and ourselves with care isn’t a luxury, but an absolute necessity if we’re going to thrive. Resting isn’t an afterthought, but a basic part of being human… Nothing we accomplish in life is totally free of the influence of spirit and community. We do nothing alone.” – Tricia Hersey, author of Rest is Resistance

The evening will start with some grounding meditation and long-held postures, to tune into our feminine yin energy and help us transition from the busy-ness of our daily lives into a place of rest. We'll then get creative with some simple art and journalling prompts, with an opportunity to share reflections.

                                        Who is this for?

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this circle is open to all women and female-identifying folks seeking meaningful connection.

All movement practices will be as accessible as possible, with modifications offered and encouraged. Come as you are. Join us in holding space for celebration, reflection, healing, and growth.

                                        What to Bring:

                                          Online and/or In-Person Course

For parents, caregivers, teachers, yoga teachers, and anyone who works with children!

“Children are not things to be molded, but people to be unfolded.” — Jess Lair

Today, our youngest and brightest minds are often overwhelmed by schoolwork, screen time, busy schedules, and constant stimulation. Caregivers are increasingly seeking meaningful ways to support children’s well-being and happiness — not by asking children to change who they are, but by helping them feel safe, heard, and connected to their bodies.

Research shows that introducing developmentally appropriate Yoga and Mindfulness practices can support children’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being — improving focus and confidence while helping to ease stress and anxiety.

This Teaching Yoga & Mindfulness to Children training is grounded in how children grow and learn. It is designed to support those who care for, teach, or work with children so that children can meet life’s challenges with greater steadiness and resilience — not through force, performance, or pressure, but through connection, presence, and choice.

                                          Together, we will explore:
                                          • The benefits of yoga and mindfulness for children
                                          • How children’s bodies, brains, and nervous systems develop over time
                                          • How to introduce age-appropriate movement, breath, mindfulness, and rest
                                          • Fun, creative activities, games, and relaxation techniques
                                          • Tips for creating and presenting child-centered classes
                                          • How to create welcoming environments where every child can participate in their own way
                                          • How to make learning safe, inclusive, accessible, playful, and meaningful
This is a training for those who wish to walk alongside children with presence and compassion — creating the conditions for who they already are to unfold.

                                          In-Person Series

Build Strength, Focus, and Flow Through a Signature Practice with Zeina El-Haf!

In this transformative three-week journey we will explore the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior sequence. This dynamic, breath-driven practice is designed to cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and deep inner awareness.

The term “Jivamukti” comes from the Sanskrit “Jīvanmukti,” where “Jīvan” refers to the individual soul and “Mukti” means liberation - together signifying liberation while living. Rooted in the principle of Vinyasa Krama, this method follows a structured, progressive sequence that seamlessly links breath with movement from beginning to end.

Often described as a “class for busy people,” the Spiritual Warrior sequence offers a balanced and efficient practice that builds energy while remaining grounding, encouraging inward connection and exploration. Open to all levels, this series is especially supportive for students and teachers who want to deepen their understanding of a powerful, flowing practice while refining alignment, transitions, and focus.

Each 90-minute session weaves together intentional breakdowns, guided repetition, and integrated flow, helping you embody the sequence with confidence. Whether you're newer to yoga or looking to strengthen your foundation, this series provides an accessible yet dynamic path toward consistency, strength, and spiritual depth.

At the intersection of Yin Yoga and Gong Meditation is a sweet spot where mind and body are totally relaxed and totally aligned. The Yin Yoga practice lengthens and opens the physical body, massaging deep connective tissue in a most relaxing way.

The gong’s warm vibrations envelop your entire being in wave after wave of preternatural sound that will affect you at the cellular level. Chances are you’ll feel pretty good after this practice.

For ALL Yoga Teachers and Students!

In 2021, Canada’s Seniors officially out numbered children. With no signs of this trend lessening any time soon, learning to teach yoga to our Seniors safely and mindfully is becoming an increasingly important skill in the yoga teaching world. Understanding the common physical and mental issues and having the qualifications to teach yoga to this large segment of our population will provide yoga teachers and care givers with a unique and very rewarding way to serve our communities.

In the training we will address common physical issues that will need accommodation in class, for example: osteoporosis, arthritis, COPD or CAD. Learning to create skillful modifications for older students, some coming to yoga for the first time, will allow for teachers and care givers to offer the gifts of yoga with confidence. Adapting to the needs in the room will allow for a strong, challenging, but equally relaxed and meditative practice.

                                              The program covers:
                                              • Simple and profound postures
                                              • How to sequence a class

This course is ideal for yoga teachers looking to develop their teaching to meet the needs of a growing segment of the yoga population, or seasoned yoga practitioners who work with this demographic in some other capacity, such as nurses, home health care workers and care givers looking to share yoga with elders in their homes and community.

                                              In-Person Workshop

The full moon can be a meaningful time for reflection and reset. Its natural cycle offers a helpful reminder to pause, reflect, release, and create more balance in both body and mind.

A full moon practice can also awaken our creativity and inner clarity. Whether you are working on creative projects or seeking fresh perspectives on life’s challenges, this is a beautiful time to let go of stagnant energy and make space for insight and renewal.

In this class, you will unwind and reset through slow, grounding yoga postures, allowing the body to open and the nervous system to settle. You will then move into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra—a guided, meditative relaxation that supports effortless release, inner healing, and integration.

This practice invites all to soften, to listen inward, and to welcome the spaciousness that the full moon brings.

You’re welcome to bring an eye pillow or anything that adds to your comfort.
