We’ll explore maintaining an authentic presence that is rooted in your teaching voice and seamlessly moves across platforms while honouring digital boundaries.
Getting to know the tools available to amplify your unique teaching style: social media, digital platforms, and AI. So that rather than reject the technology outright, you leave empowered to make conscious and intentional decisions on how your message is delivered.

This course is for teachers who value integrity, want to engage online without being consumed by performance, and who are curious about how to use digital tools without losing the humanity of their work.

Friday: 6 pm to 9 pm ET
Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm ET
Breaks will be provided.
Costs and Registration:
SAVE $30.00 by registering on or before September 15, 2026, for $295.00 per person.
$325.00 per person thereafter.
Fee includes the training and certificate. A recording of the training is available until 7 days after the training ends.
International & Out-of-Town Participants: If you are registering from outside Ottawa, Canada, and would like printed training materials mailed to you, please register at least 10 days before the course start date to ensure timely delivery. Additional shipping charges apply. Otherwise, course materials will be provided electronically whenever possible.
Notes:
This course is open to the general public. 6 months to 1 year of regular yoga and/or meditation practice is recommended for participation.
For 200 hour certified Yoga Teachers this course provides CEUs with Yoga Alliance.
This course is also part of our Yoga Alliance 300 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.
Our 3,000 square foot Education Centre offers a large open concept training area with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light and excellent ventilation. There is a kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and dishware. We have a dining area with tables and chairs, 2 gender neutral bathrooms, and our Administration Office.
