Water Remembering: Science, Ceremony & the Living Intelligence of Water
Sunday, March 22nd, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Online Ceremony
Water is alive, intelligent, and far more mysterious than we’ve been taught.
Join us online in sacred community with Kecia Joy, live from Maui, Hawai‘i, and Waheeda Moses, as we honour the Waters within us and the Waters that sustain all life.
Prior to our online gathering, Kecia will journey to the ocean’s edge on Maui to make a water offering on behalf of each participant. You are invited to set your intentions on or before March 21, as these prayers will be carried into the Water Ceremony.
Kecia will also share a visually stunning, heart-opening exploration of water’s hidden worlds—where cutting-edge science meets sacred remembrance—featuring the latest research from Veda Austin and the Emoto Peace Project.
Waheeda will guide a Taoist Water Meditation, inviting us to flow with the natural cycles of water, remember our innate essence, and reconnect with our living relationship to all life. Together, we will charge our own water with sacred intentions and vibrational presence, supporting the harmonization of our inner waters.
Cost: $55.00 per person before March 1, 2026. $60.00 per person thereafter.
Registration must be complete before March 20, 2026, in order for each participant's name to be included in the ceremony.
A recording will be available following the gathering. Have a glass of water nearby for the ceremony.
Come remember your relationship with water, and your role as a guardian of life.
About Kecia: “Water is my teacher, my healer, my mirror, my fascination, and my calling.”
I am a Marine Biologist, Water Researcher, an Aquatic Therapist, a Water keeper/tender, Water Mystic, and a ceremonialist devoted to understanding water as a living, responsive intelligence. Through nearly 1,000 hours of aquatic therapeutic training, spiritual practices, embodied wisdom, ancestral lineage, and ongoing graduate studies in the Art, Science & Consciousness of Water, I guide individuals into deeper relationships with themselves through the language of fluidity, coherence, and presence. My work weaves science, embodiment, and mysticism to help people remember what water has always known: that healing & wellness is within each of us, imprinted on our “inner” waters.
About Waheeda: Waheeda Moses is an Ottawa-based holistic healer, cross-cultural shamanic practitioner, Energy Medicine, and spiritual teacher with over two decades of experience guiding individuals on their healing paths. Trained in a range of energy medicine modalities and Indigenous traditions, she weaves together spirit journeys, guided meditations, plant-spirit medicine, and ceremonial work into a grounded and transformative healing practice.

Embrace the Winter with Music & Movement: Coldplay Edition
Sunday, March 29th, 2:00pm - 3:15pm
In-Person Class
As the last chill of winter begins to soften and the promise of spring lingers in the air, step into a 75-minute in-person yoga experience inspired by the expansive sound and emotional atmosphere of Coldplay.
Known for their sweeping melodies, luminous soundscapes, and themes of hope, longing, and connection, Coldplay’s music carries a sense of movement — from quiet introspection to powerful, heart-opening crescendos. This class mirrors that arc. We’ll begin grounded and reflective, honouring the stillness of winter, then gradually build toward fluid, uplifting sequences that invite warmth, circulation, and renewed energy into the body.
Expect a practice that feels cinematic and spacious — where breath sets the tempo and movement unfolds with intention. Transitions are smooth and wave-like, echoing the rise and fall of a song. Rather than chasing intensity, we’ll focus on resonance: how each posture feels, how each breath expands you, how the body responds when given both structure and freedom.
You can expect:
A thoughtfully layered yoga sequence that builds from slow, grounding shapes into expansive, heart-opening flows
Music-guided movement that rises and falls in rhythm, creating space for both reflection and release
An atmosphere that feels immersive, warm, and quietly energising — like stepping into light after a long season of grey
March is a threshold — not quite winter, not fully spring. This class honours that in-between space. It’s an invitation to thaw gently, to move with intention, and to reconnect with your inner brightness.
Open to all levels, this experience offers a meaningful way to close the winter chapter — grounded, uplifted, and ready for what’s next.
Cost: PranaShanti Drop-In Fee, Class Package or Membership.
