Master Class: Ashaya Yoga™ Therapeutics: Healing Sciatica and Other Hip, Pelvis, and Lower Back Pain

Every cell in the body is pre-programmed for healing and joy. Unfortunately, due to unconscious patterns of movement and self-limiting beliefs, we’re not able to fully access this power. During this workshop, you discover your body’s optimal design for radiant health. Through the application of the precise, elegant alignment essentials of Ashaya Yoga™, you learn how to heal and prevent common aches and pains. We’ll work with specific dysfunctions of the hips, pelvis, and lower back, including: sciatica, bulging discs, piriformis syndrome, and tight a psoas muscle. You will leave this workshop with tools, exercises, and the knowledge to free yourself of hip and lower back pain.

Master Class Weekend: Healing Power of Yoga, Level 1: Ashaya Yoga™ Basic Therapy

Align body, mind, and heart with the infinite source of wellness in this Ashaya Yoga™ therapy intensive that explores the miracle of healing. Todd Norian teaches that every cell in the body is programmed for healing and joy. Unconscious movement patterns and self-limiting beliefs may keep you from fully accessing this power. Through life-affirming tantric philosophy and the precise alignment techniques of Ashaya Yoga™, you learn how to transform pain and limitation into freedom and joy.

During this weekend, you gain greater knowledge of specific alignment techniques that address, heal, and prevent common aches and pains, including:

• Ankle and knee pain
• Hamstring tears
• Piriformis syndrome
• Sciatica
• Lower back and SI joint dysfunction
• Shoulder and neck strain
• Rotator cuff injury
• Tennis elbow
• Carpal tunnel syndrome

Each day of the intensive includes guided asana instruction and training in Ashaya Yoga™, tantric philosophy, therapeutic exercises, demonstrations, skillful observation, hands-on techniques, and basic anatomy.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 1 pm & 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm each day

Props to bring with you:

Although we have many props at PranaShanti for you to use, if you have props at home please bring them with you to ensure there is an adequate supply for everyone.  All props can be kept at PranaShanti each evening so there is no need to carry them back and forth each day. The Spirit Room is dedicated to this event for the weekend.
