This class consists of a combination of yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayam) in a heated room. An effective workout that builds strength, flexibility and endurance.

Our Hot Yoga classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance, and are more posture-based with longer holds than the Hot Flow Yoga classes to give you time to acclimatize and ease into sensation.

The room is heated between 103F and 105F with infrared ceiling heat panels. Unlike hot studios that strictly vent in hot air, infrared heat has therapeutic benefits including the promotion of detoxification, improving flexibility and joint mobility, promoting healing, reducing muscle stiffness and pain, decreasing soreness and inflammation, improves skin tone (it will even heal sunburn), improving circulation and lowering blood pressure.

This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced students. We recommend bringing a towel and water.
