The room is heated between 103F and 105F with infrared ceiling heat panels. Unlike regular hot yoga studios, the infrared heat of the Body Room has numerous therapeutic benefits. Infrared heat removes toxins that are stored in the body, improves flexibility and joint mobility, promotes healing, reduces muscle stiffness and pain, decreases soreness and inflammation, increases circulation, improves skin tone (it will even heal sunburn), enhances heart function, & lowers blood pressure.
This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced students.
The Body Room is maintained at a temperature of 105°F and provides even humid heat from state-of-art infrared ceiling panels. There is no blowing air, floating dust or furnace noise to disturb your practice.
