Custom Programs: We can design short-term workshops, weekly programs, or special events based on the schedule and goals of your group.

At PranaShanti Yoga Centre: Enjoy the warmth of our studio, with accessible props and experienced Yoga Teachers who guide each movement with care and intention. Our Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3 pm classes are a great place to start for seniors looking to join a public class.
