Experience clear communication, thoughtful sequencing, and awesome atmosphere in Kathryn’s yoga classes. Devoted to knowing her teaching methodologies in her bones and providing hands-on enhancements – she’s known for her child’s pose backrubs – Kathryn creates an unpretentious, fluid class setting where all students have a well-rounded practice.
Kathryn’s training, teaching and personal practice incorporate elements of many lineages and theories of yoga, pilates, and movement modalities, as she is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. She approaches each practice, body, and class contextually.
She is a lucky yogi to have devoted yoga friends, and an ongoing educational relationship with her teacher. Particular affection and education have come from Mona Warner of Janati Yoga, and Dallas Delahunt of Studio 330. She is grateful for her yogic peers in teaching and her students who create her community.
