Reflexology
A healing art based on the principle that there are reflex points on the hands and feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. When pressure is put on these reflex points, it relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
AromaTouch Technique®
The AromaTouch Technique® is a therapeutic treatment that involves the client lying face down and a specific series of essential oils are applied to the spine, ears and feet. The essential oils used in the AromaTouch Technique® were chosen for their individual and combined aromatic properties. This therapeutic treatment is helpful for stress management, immune support and reducing inflammation. It also helps to bring the body back to homeostasis.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy uses the method of pandiculation (a manipulation aided by the practitioner to contract and relax your muscles) to improve functionality through points of the body prone to tension and limitation, including the neck, upper/middle/lower back, shoulders, hips, torso and extremities. It is an excellent form of therapy for those with movement limitations or chronic pain, and would be the perfect introduction to wellness and self-care for anyone new to massage or yoga.
Energy Healing Session
Customized healing sessions that include a variety of modalities: Reiki, Intuitive Guidance, Shamanic Healing, Integrated Energy Technique, and Chakra Balancing.
