Sarah sees yoga as an ever evolving practice that encourages students to meet themselves where they are – offering challenge or calm based on each persons unique needs that day.
Sarah has had a daily yoga practice for years and has found it to be equal parts challenging and rewarding because it evolves with her. When Sarah practices yoga, she’s teaching herself to notice how breath can help connect brain to body, keeping her strong in mind, which is how she approaches her classes.
Sarah creates a welcoming space that invites exploration, movement, and connection between the body, brain and breath. Blending creativity with intention, guiding students through engaging and fun flows that encourage self-awareness, challenge, grace and growth.
Sarah believes that breath and breathwork can be a bridge to help students stay present, grounded, and in-tune with themselves as they play with poses and explore both effort and ease. With a playful yet structured teaching style, Sarah take things one breath and one movement at a time, building engaging and adaptable sequences that encourage a brain-body-breath connection and are not focused on perfection. Sarah’s classes are thoughtfully designed to create a safe and supportive environment for all levels of experience
