Paula completed her first 500 hour teacher training in 2008 with Modo Yoga. She has gone on to complete the Modo Yoga level 2, as well as her Level 1 and 2 power yoga training with Baron Baptiste. She draws her influences from a mix of yoga styles and movement modalities, and most recently completed her Functional Range Systems with Dr. Spina. Paula teaches an athletic style, weaving in strength work, mobility work and breathwork into her asana practices. Paula is a 500 hour registered Yoga Alliance teacher.
