Bhavin is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. He comes from a background in Human Resources. After working for a couple of years in a desk job, he realized it wasn’t for him and did not want to pursue a desk job at this stage in his life, so he resigned and decided to travel to India to follow his passion for yoga.
He completed his 500-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. The yoga school he attended follows a 5000-year-old tradition of the Himalayan Masters. He delved into practices focused on sutras, karma, and dharma there. His training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga has deeply influenced his approach to teaching today. His classes follow a traditional Hatha style, reflecting the authenticity and depth of his experience.
Bhavin’s yoga classes are not just about the asanas; they offer a space to journey inward, allowing you to connect with your authentic self and release samskaras – those patterns or habits that no longer serve your growth. In his classes, you don’t just stretch; you breathe, focus on drishtis, and practice mindfulness that goes beyond the mat. He is not just offering yoga; he’s sharing a piece of his journey – a journey that helped him explore the self.
When he’s not on the yoga mat, Bhavin enjoys rock climbing and playing racquet sports.
