Where is our new hOMe? Many have been wondering. We’ve had tonnes of emails and social media questions about it and I’ve even heard there was a bet or 2 going!

Our new location is 950 Gladstone Avenue!
We are thrilled and trust you will love it too! The location is central, close to the newest LRT, has free 3 hour street parking and designated parking for our use. We are easy walking distance to the restaurants on Preston Street and the shops and cafes we adore on Wellington Street.
Our new hOMe was built in the late 1800’s as a wholesale hardware warehouse. Built on a timber frame with post and beam construction, it is one of the only buildings of its kind remaining in Ottawa. We will have 3 studio rooms; Body, Mind and Soul. There are large windows, high ceiling and lots of interesting architectural features.
It’s a COVID-19 good news story with a fresh energy for a new beginning. Keep an eye on our social media and upcoming newsletters as we share about the renovation progress and the Grand Opening celebrations!
Until then, our Live Stream Classes, Workshops and Trainings continue. With the announcement of Stage 3 in Ontario, we will be starting IN PERSON CLASSES with Yoga in the Park on July 25 and Indoor Classes on August 1 at 45 Eccles Street.
Many have been asking and YES, Live Stream Classes will be an integral part of our Class Schedule in our new hOMe at 950 Gladstone Avenue.
