Achieving optimum wellness is as important to your daily routine as your practice of yoga. Bodywork, private classes, and coaching can support your emotional and physical wellness.
Appointments can be made by telephone at 613.761.9642 (YOGA), by email, in person and online. The fastest way to book an appointment is to call the centre. HST is not included in the service costs.
Numerology
Studying the symbolism of numbers significant to your life can determine a person’s personality, strengths and talents, obstacles, inner needs, emotional reactions, and socialization habits.
A numerological analysis is a fun and inquisitive way to gain some perspective and frame of reference on yourself and your life’s journey. During the reading you can ask as many questions as you like, and you’ll receive a printed copy of your reading.
Cost: $130.00 + HST / 1 hour in person session including a printed copy of your reading and time for questions. Online sessions are also available.
Booking Appointments

Arriving
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in, use the restroom, fill out any necessary forms and enjoy our delicious organic teas.
