Beginner/Intermediate Level – Experience the seasoned knowledge of a yoga teacher and have all your questions answered in a private class devoted to learning the basics of yoga postures (asanas), breath techniques (pranayam) and meditation. These sessions are ideal for students new to yoga or those who would like to learn how to modify their practice for drop-in classes due to injury or other mobility issues.

Yoga of the Heart – If you are recovering from, or are at risk of heart disease, or are undergoing treatment for cancer, these sessions can help to rebuild your confidence, maintain a positive attitude, and increase your feelings of well-being. The treatments are based upon the Yoga of the Heart Certification training and each session is tailored to the individuals’ own needs.
