Infrared saunas are ideal in their design as they operate as safer, lower temperatures compared to conventional steam-based saunas. This feature makes breathing more comfortable and is considered safer making infrared sauna therapy a better alternative for a greater variety of individuals. Although an infrared sauna operates at only 110o F to 140o F, compared to a conventional sauna which operates at 180 F to 210 F, radiant heat from an infrared sauna can help the body produce two to three times more sweat.
Radiant heat is also very therapeutic for your overall well being. It helps to support your body’s natural “defense” system to easily ward off harmful contaminates. The radiant heat is absorbed by your body to a depth of over 1.5 inches below the skin. The effect will increase your heart rate and metabolism burning 300-900 calories per session.

Homeopathic and Naturopathic – Our body has the ability to heal itself. Homeopathy works best when the nature of the remedy has an affinity to your nature. There are over 3000 homeopathic medicines to choose from, derived from plant, animal, or mineral sources. Which kingdom you belong to depends on whether your issues and coping style revolve around sensitivity (plant), competition (animal), or structure (mineral).
Precision is the key; the more accurate our insight into your nature, the more the medicine supports your nature to help you evolve, the deeper the healing. Homeopathic and Naturopathic medicine is covered under many private insurance plans.
“Our intention is to provide an oasis in the city. Slip through our doors and feel an ease in the air. A home that heals your body, calms the mind and strengthens the spirit.”
