Session 1: Step 1: Anatomy of Amping Your Mojo

Learn about your superhero power: The Deep Core Line of muscles throughout your body and get a 7-step road map to activate it properly in yoga poses, forever. You’ll gain a more efficient metabolism, better detox, tone and lean your muscles, optimize fat burning and immunity, and much more. Includes a conversation and full Open Level flow class with Sadie and a live DJ! Variations given for beginners. This session is available to Strong Beginners and up and doesn’t contain any crazy postures. Just fierce and fun ones!
Session 2: Step 2 & 3: Authenticity and Action

In this session, which includes a conversation, some vocalizing, light movement and journaling together, you’ll discover Sadie’s 10 Steps to Rock Your Authenticity–tried and tested tools based on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and transformative Kriya Yoga process. Sadie translates them into your real world, so you’ll walk out of this session with a guide to bust any challenge or fear, and move forward as even more of yourself–more clear and more confident than ever before. This creates more awesome relationships, careers, finances, opportunities and freedom to live how and as whom you wish!
