Weekend Outline

THE FIRE CEREMONY FLOW – Friday, June 17 – 7 pm to 9 pm
Amp Up the Spirit of Your Yoga!  Join in a supercharging, fun, creative and empowering flow experience with Sadie and her music. You’ll let go, burn away roadblocks to your freedom, be moved, and learn to dance with Spirit in a way that’s often diminished in many asana classes. Through this personal application of music and movement, you’ll learn how to amp up your energy in a whole new way—and move yourself into heartfelt, body-cleansing and soul-shining inspiration and expression.
Mostly asana. For teachers and students.

THE FOUR FOUNDATIONS – Saturday, June 18 – 11:00 am to 1 pm
Discover Sadie’s 4 part signature style, a way to activate every pose more completely using group-up cues rather than the more commonly taught (and less effective) sky-down technique! Move through a creative yoga practice that includes muscle meridian activation, new alignment and Sadie’s Core Poses, all sequenced into an intelligent flow. You’ll reveal your true power as you use the 4-part map found in your transitions and within each pose to make your yoga more beneficial for the time spend on the mat–no matter what style you love!

ROCK YOUR YOGA – Saturday, June 18 – 3 pm to 5 pm
An Anatomy Revolution Flow! A fun, creative flow to help you get twice the benefits out of every yoga pose you do….forever! Sadie is going to blow your mind with her 7-Step Method to erase the common mis-alignments and mistakes that many students make unconsciously, and many teachers teach! Get to this session, and your yoga practice will support–not sabotage you for a lifetime. Includes: some discussion, a super cool video, and a rockin’ flow class with the inspiring Sadie.
Mostly asana: All levels welcome.

ROCK YOUR ANATOMY – Sunday, June 19 – 11 am to 1 pm
Learn anatomy in the way it works best; put into movement, specifically, yoga sequences and flow. Sadie will give you a deep anatomy foundation with a new-generation view of how and why we move into and between yoga poses. You’ll get a 5-Step Teaching Template, discover powerful cuing techniques and gain a solid and immediately useful anatomy training for teachers seeking to seamlessly speak to students’ anatomical reality and safety while leading more student-attracting, creative, effective and energy-boosting flow class. Not to be missed!

$325.00 per person for the 4 seminar weekend or Sign Up for each seminar individually for $90.00 per person.

Those who attend the entire weekend will receive a signed Certificate of Completion of 10 hours of the Anatomy of Vinyasa Yoga training with Sadie Nardini, E-RYT 500 from the Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Registered Yoga School to add to your credentials and bio!
