Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, is a Vedic healing science that offers a psychological model by which to understand the movements of our mind. These offer not just a way to understand how we think but also how our mind, body, and spirit are a tripod for complete mental wellness. This class will support your path to understand the mind through the lenses of the ancient science of Ayurveda.
