Vanessa’s calm and confident teaching style offers students a safe, inclusive space where they feel comfortable exploring and strengthening their personal practice. Whether teaching Hatha, Flow or Yin, she encourages her students to develop a strong foundation and gives them many opportunities to slow right down. Vanessa provides space to connect with your breath and consciously explore its relationship to movement. Having worked in education and social work, Vanessa is dedicated to helping people realize their potential. She brings this commitment and experience to each of her yoga classes.
Vanessa is passionate about connecting with those around her and happy to chat with her students about what brings each of us to our mats. She is grateful for the many teachers who have guided her practice over the last ten years. She completed her 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at PranaShanti.
When not teaching Vanessa can be found chasing her two young boys who keep her in the moment and on her toes! Vanessa looks forward to supporting you in finding a sense of ease and balance on your mat and exploring ways to carry your practice into your daily lives.
