My Yoga practice is my time to check in with my body and with my mind. The world keeps changing around us every second and being on the mat offers an opportunity to slow down and observe rather than getting involved with everything that keeps coming up.
When I am teaching yoga, I try to offer an experience, where you can feel guided enough to explore new territories but where you can still be comfortable to choose the things your body and your mind need at this point in time.
With each practice we try to find a balance between movement and stillness and to be more specific between control and observation.
I come form a Hatha Yoga background but I love to incorporate movements and mindfulness practices from other disciplines.
Being creative in everything I do is one of my core values, which might lead to surprises on the way and maybe some ukulele tunes at the end of class.
