Harsimranpreet Kaur’s soothing voice and calming presence create a space in her Kundalini yoga classes where students feel supported and guided, energized, uplifted and focused. Harsimranpreet believes in the deep connection between our physical and mental selves, and that through a steady, strong practice, we can live our day-to-day lives to the fullest, with greater ease, in our deepest truths and able to face any challenge. In class you can expect to experience the healing benefit to the nervous system through gong, singing bowl and music.

Harsimranpreet began a serious yoga practice seven years ago, and in 2011 completed her 200 hour Level One teacher training at Pranashanti. She has been teaching since 2012 and continues to train in workshops and Levels II and III teacher training. Harsimranpreet welcomes all levels to join her classes, to work at your own pace, and to leave class feeling greater serenity and vitality.
