Yoga has taught Ashley to get out of her head and into her heart. It has pushed her to step outside of her comfort zone, to trust her gut and to tune in rather than out. It has given Ashley the opportunity to move freely and with intention, tapping into an inner strength she never knew she had.
Ashley’s aim as a teacher is to provide a space where each student can find what they need out of their own practice. She teaches a strong practice, often to music, that will push you outside of your comfort zone while offering you moments to soften and release whatever is keeping you from being the best version of yourself.
